CMANA is pleased to announce about the 4th Annual Conference for young health professionals and students which will take place:
Date: December 16 – 19
Place: Orlando [Disney Springs B Resort & Spa]
Theme: Do Not Be Conformed (Romans 12:2)
You have to be a member in CMANA so you can register for the conference (please visit the Join Us page and fill out a student application if you haven’t filled one yet.)
There are two options for Registration:
a) Lodging for $240:
(Includes: registration for conference, conference welcome package, hotel meals & meal dinner vouchers for Disney springs, access to hotel amenities and in room and conference room wifi, includes hotel stay at the B Resort & Spa in Disney Springs from Friday, Dec16th night to checkout Monday Dec19th (1905 Hotel Plaza Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830))
b) Non-lodging $135:
(Includes: registration for conference, conference welcome package, free conference room wifi, hotel meals & meal dinner vouchers for Disney springs. Does not include: Daily parking $6 self park or in room hotel purchases.
We will plan on coordinating pickup times for attendees as there is no shuttle service through the hotel.
Orlando Conference FAQ:
- Arrival & Departure Times:
Friday the 16th is primarily a hotel check-in day. Hotel check-in starts at 4 pm until midnight.
If you arrive early you can ask them for earlier check-in but it’s at the Hotels discretion and their availability of the rooms.
The conference starts Bright and early Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon.
Monday the 19th is primarily a hotel checkout day, Hotel checkout is at 11 AM.
- Roommate Preferences:
We will be assigning 3-4 people per room with rooms split between men & women and when you fill out the preferences it helps us organize.
