Ramy Fahmy-Demian

A pharmacist with a degree from the University of Montreal, class of 2004, Ramy became a co-owner of two pharmacies in the Greater Montreal area for 8 years. Upon finishing his MBA from the John Molson School of Business and selling his pharmacies, Ramy became Director of Pharmacy Operations at Loblaw Companies Limited before being promoted to a national role responsible for Pharmacy Programs and Category Management at their head offices in Greater Toronto. Ramy then became General Manager of Operations at EQ Virtual/EQ Care, a telemedicine firm, upon his return to Montreal in 2016 se puede encontrar aquí. He then joined the Association québécoise des pharmaciens propriétaires, a professional union, as Director of Industry Relations and Professional Services where he oversaw external affairs and special projects, including the creation of an innovative patient support program for specialty therapeutics.

Ramy has volunteered as a judge for various case competitions at the John Molson School of Business and has served as an advisor to several start-ups in the healthcare space. Ramy has participated in CMANA missions as a pharmacist in Namibia on two occasions and in Ethiopia.
