Hello everyone! My name is Yostina Farid. I was raised in Cleveland, Ohio and am currently completing my Dermatology residency in Rhode Island. CMANA has been one of the greatest blessings in my life, allowing me to serve in my passions of faith and medicine. Our community truly has the capability to make a lasting impact on both the local and global scale and I can’t wait to continue witnessing it. My role as a CMANA board member is to help organize local events throughout the United States and Canada. These day conferences are tailored to each city and are great tools to bring people together to network and learn about different ways to serve both locally and internationally. Recently, we have also created our first two local chapters in Maryland and New York which have been a wonderful success. We hope to continue expanding the outreach of our national organization and creating chapters in interested communities where members can meet more frequently. If you’re interested in setting up one of these events or a new local chapter, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me!
