Heba Boulos Fahmy is an accomplished operations and nonprofit leader with more than 25 years of international experience in organizational management, global operations, and strategic program implementation. As Executive Director, she brings extensive expertise in building strong operational systems, strengthening partnerships, and guiding organizations to deliver impactful programs that serve communities with excellence and integrity.

Throughout her career, Heba has led complex operations for major international development and humanitarian organizations, including projects funded by the U.S. government. She has successfully designed and managed operational, procurement, and financial systems for large-scale programs across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainability. Her work has supported multimillion-dollar initiatives focused on development, humanitarian response, and community impact.

Before joining CMANA, Heba held senior leadership roles with organizations such as DAI Global, Tetra Tech, Save the Children, and Chemonics International. In these roles, she led global operations, procurement strategy, and organizational systems for programs valued at up to $100 million, while building high-performing teams and strengthening operational frameworks that enabled mission-driven work to thrive.

Heba is deeply passionate about serving the poor and marginalized, both in Egypt and around the world, guided by her faith in God and the teachings of Jesus Christ. For over 25 years, she has dedicated her life to helping those in need, approaching every initiative with compassion, humility, and unwavering commitment.
